Is there a free plan?+
Yes. You can start for free with no card. You add content, build your chatbot and paste it into your site without paying anything upfront.
Are there per-message or per-token fees?+
No. Smartbotify runs its own models, so there are no per-message API charges like you'd pay layering a chatbot on top of a paid LLM API.
Can I self-host it?+
Yes. Smartbotify is a self-hosted platform — you can run the whole stack (app, database, vector store and model) on your own server via Docker Compose.
What are the limits on the free tier?+
There are sensible caps on documents, total upload size and daily messages so a single workspace can't overload a shared server. Contact us if you need them raised.
